Discover the new collections directly from the home page, selecting, for example, men or women, a product category, or, using the internal search of the site, enter the name of the desired product or the favorite designer. You can also use the “ALL BRANDS” selection in the list.

2) PRODUCT INFORMATION

On each product sheet you will find all the size and color combinations currently available, the description and composition of the item, and possibly the quantities available or the last one left. Click on the product image to enlarge it and view all the details.

3) HOW TO ORDER

To purchase a product on igenext.com, click on the photo of the chosen item, from the product sheet that opens, when requested/available, select color, size and measurement. Add the product to the cart. Click on proceed with purchase, enter your data in the appropriate spaces. Select the type of payment from those available that you prefer, check that the information entered is correct and click on purchase.

Before completing the purchase with your credit card, your credit institution may ask you for a second authentication to authorize the payment. In this case, you will need to enter a temporary security code, possibly an SMS code or another authentication method as established by the institution that issued your credit card.

Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirming shipment.

4) SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

All shipments are made with DHL, FEDEX and UPS. Delivery times in the EU are 3/5 working days, for all other destinations 5/7 working days. Orders placed on holidays are taken in delivery at 00.00 on the first working day.

Any customs clearance costs, where applicable, are always the responsibility of the customer.

We ensure that all required customs documentation is provided. However, any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer receiving the goods. In such cases, the transport company will contact the customer directly to facilitate payment and customs clearance. It is however advisable to contact the Customs Agency of your country before making a purchase, if you want to know in advance the cost or percentage applied for customs clearance of the product you want to purchase.

5) HOW DELIVERY IS MADE

When the courier has to make the delivery, you will be contacted by phone or email to agree on the day and time of delivery of the package.

ATTENTION, in case of non-delivery without notice, the courier storage and new delivery costs may be added.

6) HOW THE REFUND IS MADE

The refund is made within 15 working days from the receipt of the returned goods, for the necessary checks on the conditions of the products. The refund will be sent in the same way you made the payment and, if it is due, will contain the equivalent amount of the price paid plus the shipping costs incurred.

7)ARE THE PRODUCTS GUARANTEED?

The products for sale on www.igenext.com are all strictly new and 100% authentic. Each item has its original tags and packaging. It comes complete with all accompanying authenticity cards (when included by the house), dust bags, etc. Additionally, the serial numbers on all our products are fully verifiable with the brands themselves.
